Principal's Message

Welcome to Michael A. Kostek School!  Opened in 1994, the school is a beautiful facility with many flexible learning spaces.  We are located in Jameson Place in west Edmonton.  Students who reside in Wedgewood Heights and Wedgewood Ravine are designated to attend Michael A. Kostek School.  We have a strong School Council.  Parents support the programs at the school in a very active manner and volunteerism is high.

Our students experience success and become independent learners and responsible citizens with the combined efforts of students, parents, staff and community members.  At Michael A. Kostek School we value consideration for each student and believe that each child has the right to quality education.  There is emphasis throughout the school on promoting success in academics, life-long learning, exemplary citizenship, healthy, active llifestyles and global awareness.
