Family BBQ 2008

It is that time of year when we start planning for the annual MAK Family BBQ. As with any event, it is only as successful as the volunteers that help make it happen. This year we are looking for volunteers to fill the following positions on the BBQ Planning Committee. 

1. Order & Ticket Manager – Tracking orders for BBQ and compiling tickets for distribution to students 
2. Money Manager - Counting money that is received and organizing for deposit by School Council Treasurer
3.  Volunteer Manager - Organizing and Coordinating volunteers for the night of the BBQ.

These positions would only require a few hours for a couple evenings leading up to the event and other people on the committee are able to provide training assistance to make your job easier.

More information will be sent home for volunteers for the night of the event so stay tuned for that.
